The Canon DP-V2420 monitor is a high luminance, 24-inch 4K HDR reference display with ITU-R BT.2100 support, extensive 4K HDR capable functions including HDR-SDR Dual View, 4K waveform monitor and built-in 4K RAW de-bayer.

24-inch 4K (4,096 x 2,160) IPS LCD panel for broadcast and cinema HDR workflows, with 178° wide viewing angle and support for 50P, 60P and 48P frame rates.

High luminance, deep black and HDR EOTFs (including SMPTE ST.2084, Hybrid Log Gamma and Canon Log/2/3) support based on the ITU-R BT.2100 standards, with accurate, repeatable colours plus support for ITU-R BT.2020 and DCI-P3 colour spaces, plus ACESproxy, ASC CDL and ITU-R BT.1886, with HDR range function and an automatic colour/luminance correction system.

Extensive 4K HDR capable functions including a built-in 4K Canon RAW de-bayer, HDR-SDR Dual View, 4K waveform monitor/vectorscope,1D and 3D LUT support, plus high quality 2K/HD upscaling with shape tracing, and Canon Cinema EOS System / ARRI ALEXA SXT linkup feature and IP linkup to colour grading systems.

Easy operation via built-in control buttons and jog-dial, driving an intuitive GUI and On Screen Display, both two-screen and four-screen side-by-side display, plus a flexible zoom function that can enlarge areas by up to 8x around the frame.

Robust metal body weighs 19kg with convenient grab handles, providing good portability and making this an ideal on-set cinema production or broadcast workhorse, with an HDMI and four 3G/HD-SDI connections.
